Why has there been no update to my shipping status?
In very rare cases, the shipment status of your kit may be stuck at “Your kit was registered” on your dashboard for several days after you’ve shipped your kit to our lab. It is still moving through the process. However, occasionally the most current information from the shipping vendor isn’t made available for us to reflect on your results dashboard. The status you see in the tracking link sent to your email is accurate.
If there has not been any movement in your order or sample tracking for 5 business days, please reach out to the Customer Experience Team about next steps.
