What are ways to reduce STD infection?

• Regularly practice safe sex using a latex condom. Though not 100% effective, they do reduce the risk of infection
• Speaking with your healthcare provider about vaccines that are available 
• Reducing your number of sexual partners
• Getting tested, especially if you think you have been exposed so you can seek treatment and prevent the spread to others if you are infected
