Will the fertility panel accurately be able to diagnose fertility problems if I am on Oral Contraceptives or Hormone Replacement Therapy?

Supplemental hormones do not significantly affect Cortisol, Thyroid markers, or DHEA, which are common causes of fertility problems. Supplemental hormones can affect the levels and cycle of sex hormones such as estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, FSH, and LH, so the levels obtained may not represent your levels if you were not taking oral contraceptives. Regardless, significant abnormalities in these hormones can still be identified while taking supplemental hormone therapy.
