Everlywell Customer Experience

The Everlywell Customer Experience team is here to support you throughout your testing journey.

Our Customer Experience business hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. We are closed for the following holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

If you have questions about your Everlywell order, sample status, or collection kit, please contact our Customer Experience Team.


When contacting the Customer Experience team about your order, please provide the following:

  • Order Number (if possible)
  • First and Last Name of Purchaser 
  • Shipping Address or Billing Address

If you have questions about your sample or results, please provide the following:

  • First and Last Name of Test Taker
  • Date of Birth

Weight Care+

Our Weight Care+ program is supported by our Everlywell Customer Experience team and by our partner, OpenLoop Health. 

  • You can manage your appointment and cancellations by clicking “Manage Appointment” on your My Everly account. 
  • If you need to speak with someone about your Weight Care+ appointment, medication or insurance status, you can contact OpenLoop Health at +1 (708) 787-4438 Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST. OpenLoop Health is also available by email at patientsupport @ openloophealth.com.
  • For all other inquiries related to your Weight Care+ membership (e.g., managing your membership, credit redemption, etc.) please email the Everlywell Customer Experience team at contact @ everlywell.com.

Virtual Care Visits

Virtual Care Visits are supported entirely by our partner, OpenLoop Health. 

  • You can manage your appointment and cancellations by clicking “Manage Appointment” on your My Everly account.
  • If you need to speak with someone about your appointment, medication, or payment, you can contact OpenLoop Health at +1 (708) 787-4438 Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST. OpenLoop Health is also available by email at patientsupport @ openloophealth.com.
