Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (CST).
Please keep in mind that the time you place your order determines the shipment date. If you place an order before 12:00 pm (CST) on a business day, we will do our best to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm (CST) or on a weekend will be shipped the next business day.
If it has been longer than one business day since you placed your order and tracking information is not yet available, please contact our Customer Experience Team at contact@everlywell.com to check in on the status of your order.
If you have questions about your shipping status, once you receive tracking information, please visit the UPS Customer Support Website or USPS Customer Support Website. The carrier assigned to your order will be listed in your tracking information.
When contacting the Customer Experience Team team about your order, please provide the following:
- Order Number (if possible)
- First & Last Name of Purchaser
- Shipping Address or Billing Address
If you have questions about your sample or results, please provide the following:
- First & Last Name of Test Taker
- Date of Birth
