Why should I get tested?

The majority of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) have no symptoms which is why screening is so important if you are sexually active. In fact, chlamydia is known as the “silent” infection because most people who are infected are asymptomatic. 

The CDC estimates that there are 20 million new sexually transmitted infections each year.
