What foods naturally have Vitamin D?
The skin of fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel) and fish liver oil has vitamin D. Other foods have some vitamin D2 and D3 in them (beef liver, cheese, egg yolks, and mushrooms) but at very low levels. Most Vit D in food is there because it has been fortified with vitamin D – examples are milk, some dairy products like yogurt, breakfast cereals, and some brands of OJ.
