Why did I get a high (or higher than expected) reactivity level for a food that I know doesn’t cause symptoms for me?

Not all foods with elevated reactivity (high, moderate, or mild) will cause symptoms. If they don’t, you can choose to go on eating them as normal!

IgG reactivity levels are a valuable clue to your food sensitivities. In general, food sensitivities are identified as the foods that actually cause symptoms—which you can tell by doing an elimination diet.
