Vitamin and supplements subscription orders are auto-shipped monthly.
Will I receive a notification before my credit card is charged?
Yes, customers will receive an email notification 7 days before their credit card is charged.
Can I switch between vitamins and supplements each month?
No, each subscription is limited to one product but customers are welcome to subscribe to multiple products at once.
Can I skip or pause a subscription order?
Customers are not able to skip or pause their subscription at this time. However, customers are welcome to cancel their subscription at any time.
Can I change my shipping address?

How can I cancel my subscription?

Will I be charged for canceling my subscription?
No, you will not be charged for canceling your subscription. However, please keep in mind that we cannot cancel a shipment once it has been processed.
How do I receive a refund for a recent order?
