Do I need to cancel my membership?
No action is needed to cancel your membership. This will be done automatically on August 16, 2023.
Will I continue to be charged a monthly fee and receive monthly credits?
No. As of August 16, 2022, your membership will not renew and new credits will not be posted to your account.
I still have credits on file. What will happen to them and my member dashboard information?
Unless you actively reach out to our Customer Experience Team to cancel your account, you will continue to have access to your member dashboard and remaining credits through August 16, 2023.
What will happen to my test results that occurred during my membership?
Your Everlywell account is separate from your membership account and will not be deactivated. You will still have access to your results dashboard.
Will I still be able to use my 20% discount?
Yes, you will continue to have access to this member benefit through August 16, 2023, unless you actively cancel your membership.
I need continued access to certain test kits. What should I do?
If you would like recurring access to specific tests, you can sign up for a subscription at a discounted rate and select your desired frequency for automatic delivery.
