Which Food Sensitivity Test is right for me?
That depends on your diet! Because these tests are intended to help guide a temporary elimination diet (so you can more easily discover symptom-causing foods), we recommend the Food Sensitivity Comprehensive Test (204) if you regularly eat many different kinds of foods. This panel measures many more spices, seafood, and dairy than any of the other tests.
The Food Sensitivity Test (96) checks for foods that are commonly consumed, including eggs, cow’s milk, nuts, and many more. Consider this test if you haven’t taken a food sensitivity test before and are experiencing symptoms you think might be related to a food you eat regularly.
