Can I get a refund for Current lab test credits that I haven’t used?

We do not currently issue refunds for credits that haven’t been used, but you will have an opportunity to redeem any remaining credits before your account is closed. Credits on an active membership will expire after 12 months. Credits on a cancelled membership will become unavailable at the time of membership cancellation.
