How do I cancel my membership?
If you've signed up for the Monthly Plan, you can cancel your membership any time by emailing our Customer Care Team at contact@everlywell.com. Credits on a canceled monthly membership will become unavailable at the time your next payment invoice would have occurred.
If you've signed up for the 12-month Yearly Plan, you are required to continue paying the monthly fee until the end of the 12-month term. Once your 12-month term is over, you can cancel your membership by emailing our Customer Care Team at contact@everlywell.com. Credits on a cancelled annual Everlywell+ membership will become unavailable 30 days after membership cancellation.

Please note that our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm (ET). So, please submit requests for cancellations at least 2 business days before the next payment is due.
As of August 16, 2022, Control and Current memberships are no longer being offered. Additionally, memberships will not renew and new credits will not be posted (learn more here).
