How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership any time by emailing our Customer Experience Team.

We do not currently issue refunds for credits that haven’t been used after membership cancellations, but you will have an opportunity to redeem any remaining credits before your membership is cancelled. Credits on an active membership will expire after 12 months. Credits on a cancelled membership will become unavailable at the time of membership cancellation.

Please note that our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (CST). So, please submit requests for cancellations at least 2 business days before the next payment is due.

As of August 16, 2022, Control and Current memberships are no longer being offered. Additionally, memberships will not renew and new credits will not be posted (learn more here).
